Returns and fixes

Everything here is made just for you after you order, so this is how we handle problems.

If we got it wrong

Misprinted, damaged, the wrong item, or never arrived: email hello@suumer.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo (if it arrived). We send a new one free, or give you your money back, your choice. You don't need to send the bad one back.

Wrong size

Email us within 30 days of delivery. We'll make you one in the right size once, free. Please keep the tags on until you know it fits.

Changed your mind

Because each item is made for you, we can't take back things that are right but unwanted. You can cancel for a full refund until we start making it, usually within a few hours of ordering: email us fast.

Says delivered but it isn't there

Check with neighbors and your mailroom first, then email us within 30 days. We'll work it out with you.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 days.
